Chennai: Savita Oil Technologies Limited (SOTL) has entered into a strategic multi-year partnership with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited’s Farm Equipment Business (Mahindra Tractors), reinforcing the long-standing association between the two organizations.
The Savita Oil Technologies collaboration marks a new phase in a relationship spanning more than 25 years, built on shared values, technological expertise, and service reliability.
The Savita Oil Technologies partnership further strengthens cooperation between the companies, with SOTL set to become a supplier across all major business divisions of Mahindra & Mahindra in multiple product categories.

Savita Oil Technologies Partnership with Mahindra Tractors Strengthens Long-Standing Collaboration
As part of the expanded collaboration, Savita Oil Technologies Limited will supply Mahindra Tractor Genuine Engine Oils under the MStar brand through Mahindra’s franchise workshop and spare parts distributor network in assigned geographies.
The initiative is aimed at ensuring consistent performance, dependable service, and engine protection for tractors operating in diverse agricultural conditions.
The agreement was formally signed on February 12, 2026, by Gautam N Mehra, Chairman & Managing Director, Savita Oil Technologies Limited, and R Veeraraghavan, Senior Vice President – SSU, Mahindra & Mahindra – Farm Tractor Division, marking a significant milestone in the evolving partnership between the two organizations.
